STEM Counseling
Are you a STEM major or interested in becoming one?
Gavilan College offers two specialized STEM counselors who will ensure the support of achieving your academic goals in your STEM field of study.
Students who utilize our STEM counselors gain the benefit of "being in the know" and are included in email newsletters of internship opportunities, STEM workshops, and conferences and other networking opportunities.
Drop-in STEM Counseling
Meet with a STEM counselor in person, by phone, or on Zoom for support with summer and fall registration.
Note: STEM Counseling may not always be available to meet in person. Please check your email or phone for updates or requests to change the method of communication. For in-person hours, see below:
Gilroy Campus: 4/28/25-5/1/25 & 5/5/25 is from 9am-3pm. Special Note 5/6/25 & 5/8/25 is only from 9am-1pm, 5/7/25 is from 12pm-1pm & 2-3pm.
Hollister Campus: 4/29/25 from 9:30am-12:30pm & 5/6/25 from 9am-10am & 2:30-3:30pm.
